By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.
These terms may be discussed and adjusted before the commission begins if necessary.GENERAL TERMSPlease be respectful and patient throughout the process. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your commission being canceled.Provide clear references and descriptions for your commission. Avoid sending large blocks of unorganized text.I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.The use of AI with my artwork is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in any AI training, generative AI tools, or related software.PAYMENTA 50% down payment is required before I begin working on your commission.The remaining 50% must be paid once the artwork is completed, before the final file is delivered.All payments must be made in USD.Accepted payment methods:

- VenmoIf the final payment is not completed within a reasonable time after the artwork is finished, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and keep the deposit.PROCESSA sketch work-in-progress (WIP) will be provided during the process. At this stage, minor changes may be requested.Once the sketch is approved, I will continue to complete the artwork.For finished designs, small adjustments may also be allowed.I do not work with deadlines.Completion times vary depending on my workload, queue, health, and personal projects. In some cases, commissions may take up to 12 months.IMPORTANT NOTEI have carpal tunnel syndrome, which can affect how long I’m able to draw at a time. Some weeks I can work normally, while other weeks I may need to limit or pause drawing.Most commissions are completed within 2 weeks to 3 months, but this cannot be guaranteed.If your commission is expected to take longer than usual, I will notify you.REVISIONSOnce the artwork is completed, minor fixes such as small coloring errors can be corrected.Larger changes that require significant redrawing (such as pose or background changes) will require additional payment.If unclear references or instructions were provided, any necessary revisions may also be charged additionally.It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear direction before the commission begins.COPYRIGHT AND USAGEI retain full rights to the artwork that I create.I may use the artwork for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes.Clients may:
- Use the artwork for personal use
- Print the artwork while claiming rights to their character, not the artwork itself
- Post or share the artwork publicly with proper credit to the artistFailure to follow these rules may result in loss of usage rights.COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONSThe following actions are not allowed:- Using the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my watermark or signature
- Editing or altering the artwork without my permissionCommercial usage rights may cost up to 500% of the original price depending on the intended use (merchandise, prints, covers, etc).Credit to the artist is still required when the artwork is used.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSI reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.If a client cancels after work has started, the down payment is non-refundable.Refunds may only be considered in serious emergency situations.If a chargeback is filed:
- All rights to any artwork I created for you will be revoked
- I reserve the right to resell the artwork
